Does SDA Signals provide consultancy, feasibility studies or investment advice?
No. SDA Signals is a data and research platform only. We do not provide consultancy services, write client reports for you, or give financial, investment, legal or development advice. A commercial licence allows your organisation to use our data and tools in your own professional work under agreed terms.
Can a consultancy use a standard Pro subscription for client work?
No. Pro is licensed to one individual for their own personal research only. If your firm uses SDA Signals data or outputs in work you do for clients (for example in materials you prepare for a client engagement), you need a commercial licence. That licence is about how you may use our product — not a service we perform for your clients.
What does a commercial licence actually allow?
It grants agreed rights for your organisation to use SDA Signals data and analysis in internal workflows and in professional work you deliver, plus access for the named users covered by the licence. Scope is confirmed in writing. We still do not advise your clients or produce their deliverables for you.
Is commercial access only for SDA consultants?
No. It may suit advisory firms, SDA providers, developers, housing organisations, research teams and other organisations that need regional SDA market data for professional use.
What is included in Enterprise?
Enterprise is a custom commercial data licence from $6,000/year. It covers a custom number of named users, commercial use rights for your organisation, the same research tools as Pro under written licence terms, and priority email support. We confirm seats and scope by email — no sales call. Bulk export or API access is only available if agreed in writing and is not part of the standard Enterprise licence.
